Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced recruiter to lead hiring for our investment research and analytics practice. This role demands deep understanding of research profiles aligned to PE/HF mandates and a hands-on approach to identifying and evaluating high-quality candidates.
You will work closely with leadership to define hiring needs, build a quality pipeline, and manage end-to-end recruitment across analyst to manager levels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive hiring for roles in financial and business research, financial modeling, benchmarking, and data analytics
2. Partner with practice leaders to define role specifications and candidate profiles
3. Develop targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, and research-specific networks
4. Screen candidates for technical skills and contextual fit
5. Track hiring metrics such as time-to-hire and pipeline quality
6. Build and maintain a strong network of relevant talent
7. Stay informed on compensation benchmarks and peer hiring trends
8. Support research-focused branding and lateral hiring initiatives
Requirements
1. 6-8 years of talent acquisition experience in research/KPO/consulting domains
2. Strong understanding of hiring for research roles supporting PE, HF, and similar clients
3. Ability to assess candidates for modeling, research, and analytical skills
4. Excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management capabilities
