What You'll Do:

- Own the hiring lifecycle - from defining role needs to offer closures for technical and non-technical positions.

- Design intelligent sourcing strategies leveraging AI tools, LinkedIn, GitHub, and other talent ecosystems.

- Build proactive talent pipelines across Engineering, Product, and AI/ML functions.

- Collaborate with leadership to define hiring OKRs, market mapping, and talent forecasting.

- Engineer candidate experiences that are structured, transparent, and value-driven.

- Measure success through data -TAT, funnel conversion, quality of hire, and source effectiveness.

- Lead employer branding initiatives that elevate ZenTrades' visibility in the tech and startup ecosystem.

- Experiment with automation tools to optimize hiring efficiency and scale impact.

- Champion diversity and inclusion, ensuring balance, fairness, and representation in every hire.

Who You Are

- 2+ years of talent acquisition experience with at least 1 year in technical hiring for SaaS or product-first companies.

- Proven ability to attract and close engineers, product thinkers, and AI professionals.

- Strategic thinker with operational agility and data fluency.

- Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.

- Experience with ATS, CRM tools, and recruitment analytics dashboards.

- A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and builds systems from scratch.
