ZenTrade - Founders' Office - Finance & Strategy

About the Role

We are hiring a high-potential Finance & Strategy professional to join the Founders Office and work directly with the leadership team on business-critical initiatives.

This role is designed for individuals who want early exposure to founder-level decision-making, enjoy solving unstructured problems, and aspire to build a long-term career in startup finance and strategy. This is not a conventional accounting or backend finance role.

You will work across strategic finance, fundraising support, business analytics, and system building as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain financial models, operating plans, and cash-flow forecasts

- Support fundraising efforts including investor decks, financial narratives, data rooms, and due diligence

- Assist founders on unit economics, pricing, valuation analysis, and strategic trade-offs

- Track and analyse business performance metrics; convert data into actionable insights

- Support investor relations, reporting, and board-level analysis

- Identify opportunities to automate finance and reporting workflows

- Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Operations to enable data-driven decision-making

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 0 - 4 years of experience in startups, consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or SaaS businesses

- Strong foundation in finance fundamentals, analytics, and business reasoning

- Exposure to strategic finance, fundraising, or investor-facing work is a strong plus

- CFA (Level I cleared / Level II candidate) preferred

- Open to candidates from Tier-1 institutions (IIMs, IITs, ISB, top commerce & finance colleges)

- Strong Excel / financial modelling skills; comfort with ambiguity

- High ownership mindset, intellectual curiosity, and bias for action
