ZenTrades is building the AI-native System of Action for the trades, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, and more. These are multi-billion-dollar industries still running on phone calls, clipboards, and chaos. ZenTrades sits on top of legacy CRMs and runs the business, answering calls, scheduling jobs, dispatching techs, and collecting payments.

We are already live with 200+ paying customers, growing fast, and backed by credible early-stage investors.

The Role:

Were looking for a high-agency operator to work closely with the Founder and drive the company forward. As Chief of Staff, you will ensure that internal teams are aligned with the companys strategic vision and revenue goals, and also act as a trusted face of ZenTrades with external partners.

This is a role for someone who has been in the trenches, understands the pace of early-stage startups, and knows how to drive execution across functions.

What Youll Drive:

- Execution Across the Board: Drive alignment between teams, ensure operating plans are followed, and push people beyond status updates toward real outcomes

- Vision to Revenue: Help convert the founders vision into operational actions across product, sales, CS, and hiring always anchored to revenue

Stakeholder Management:

- Internal: Ensure CXOs, product, growth, and engineering are in sync. Create visibility into priorities and blockers

- External: Be a reliable point of contact for key partners, customers, and investors. Manage external communications with context and maturity

- Problem Ownership: Pick up ambiguous but critical problems from internal inefficiencies to market launches and see them through end to end

- Culture and Talent: Help hire A+ folks, set up operating cadences, and ensure ZenTrades remains a high-performance culture as we scale

You Might Be a Fit If:

- You have 2-4 years of experience in founding teams, VC-backed startups, consulting, or venture

- You've been a founder or co-founder, or have run point on high-ownership problems before

- You bring a top-tier academic background (IIT/IIM/BITS/ISB/Global)

- Youre not just a planner you push people, unblock teams, and drive revenue

- You think in systems but operate hands-on

- You're deeply accountable, hungry to build, and allergic to mediocrity
