GTM / Growth Lead - Founder's Office (1 - 10 Scale-Up)

The Role: Founder's Office - GTM / Growth
We are hiring a senior operator to work directly with the founders to scale Zenskar's go-to-market engine with discipline and rigor.
This is not a functional role - it is a business-critical, cross-functional leadership role focused on:
- Scaling systems, teams, and outcomes
- Driving execution rigor across GTM
- Translating strategy into measurable operating cadence
You will act as a force multiplier for the founders and co-own revenue outcomes.
What You Will Own
1. GTM Strategy & Execution
- Own and evolve our ABM-led GTM motion
- Refine ICP segmentation and targeting
- Identify and fix funnel bottlenecks using data
- Build dashboards, metrics, and execution cadence
- Drive daily/weekly pipeline rigor across BDR & RevOps
- Improve automation, experimentation, and reporting frameworks
2. Team Leadership
- Co-own outcomes of a 15+ member GTM team (BDRs + RevOps)
- Hire and scale multi-layer teams (Managers + ICs)
- Establish operating discipline and accountability
- Raise performance standards across functions
3. Founder's Office Responsibilities
- Structured problem-solving on strategic GTM questions
- Research, analysis, and executive-ready briefs
- Own critical initiatives end-to-end
- Step into ambiguous or high-priority areas as required
Current GTM Structure
- 20-member demand engine (BDR, Marketing, RevOps)
- 5 Account Executives
- 7-member pre-sales & post-sales team
We've built repeatability. Now we need someone to scale it with precision.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 7-10 years of experience in Founder's Office / GTM / Strategy / Consulting / VC / Startup leadership
- Experience in 0- 1 or 1- 10 scale journeys
- Prior experience building and managing multi-layer GTM teams
- Strong analytical and first-principles thinking
- High ownership and bias for action
- Comfortable working in US time zones when required
- Tier-1 educational background preferred (IIT, BITS)
