ABOUT THIS ROLE

At Zenskar, we've proven product-market fit and are scaling fast in our $1M - $10M journey. We're now strengthening our Founder's Office - Growth / GTM function and are looking for a senior operator who can partner closely with leadership to scale our go-to-market engine with rigor.

This is a high-impact Founder's Office role, working as an extension of the founders to scale Zenskar's GTM motion.

You will own GTM strategy, execution rigor, and cross-functional alignment, with a sharp focus on scaling systems, teams, and outcomes - not direct customer ownership.

As a leader, you will also co-own the outcomes from a team of 15+ across BDR and revops teams and play active role in managing the team. You will hire, mentor, and scale multi-layer GTM teams (managers + ICs).

You'll work closely with founders and GTM leadership across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Engineering to ensure our GTM engine scales efficiently, predictably, and repeatably.

WHAT HAVE WE ACHIEVED SO FAR WITH THE GTM MOTION

Zenskar has found strong product-market fit and built a repeatable sales motion, led by:

- A 20-member demand engine (BDRs, Marketers, RevOps)

- 5 Account Executives

- A 7-member pre-sales and post-sales team

We've completed multiple US-focused sales cycles and are now entering a phase where GTM complexity is increasing - requiring a dedicated senior owner in the Founder's Office to scale with discipline and precision.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

You will act as a force multiplier for the founders, owning GTM and scaling initiatives end-to-end: from strategy to execution to operating cadence.

GTM STRATEGY & EXECUTION

- Own the end-to-end ABM motion, unifying outbound, brand, and partnerships into a cohesive GTM flywheel

- ICP evolution and segmentation

- Account and lead book rigor

- Messaging frameworks and multi-channel experimentation

- Automation for precision and scale

- Diagnose and unblock funnel bottlenecks using data-driven analysis in partnership with channel owners

- Translate ambitious growth targets into:

- Clear operating cadences

- Dashboards and metrics

- First-principles optimisation loops

- Drive daily pipeline reviews, stand-ups, and execution cadences across outbound and RevOps

- Evolve reporting, play books, and metrics to enable real-time iteration and 10x scale

BUILDING & LEADING GTM TEAMS

- Hire, mentor, and scale multi-layer GTM teams (managers + ICs)

- Instill execution rigor, accountability, and ownership across functions

- Raise the operating bar across GTM through process, clarity, and cadence

FOUNDER'S OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support founders with structured problem-solving, research, and analysis for strategic decisions

- Prepare briefs, narratives, and recommendations for leadership discussions

- Drive follow-through on critical initiatives with speed and accountability

- Step in wherever required to move the business forward - especially in moments of ambiguity or transition

BACKGROUND & QUALIFICATIONS

- 7-10 years of experience in Founder's Office, GTM, strategy, consulting, startups, VC, or ex-founder roles

- Undergraduate degree from IIT, BITS, or a similar Tier-1 institution

- Prior experience building and leading GTM teams, including 2-level team management

- Strong first-principles thinker with hands-on execution ability

- Strong project management skills and proactiveness

- Experience in 0- 1 or 1- 10 GTM journeys

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- High ownership mindset with a bias for action

- Comfortable working in US time zones (up to midnight IST as needed)
