Were now building out our Customer Success & Solutions function - and were looking for a senior leader who can be both hands-on with customers today and a builder of the CS & Solutions org for tomorrow. Youll work closely with the CS Lead, founders, and cross-functional heads across Sales, Product, Engineering, and RevOps to ensure every customer has a world-class experience - from pre-sales to go-live to expansion - while also feeding customer and market insights back into product and business strategy. WHAT HAVE WE ACHIEVED SO FAR WITH THE GTM MOTION Zenskar has found productmarket fit and built a repeatable sales motion. Until now, our GTM success has been led by: - A 20-member demand engine (BDRs, Marketers, RevOps) - 3 Account Executives - A 7-member pre-sales and post-sales team We have completed multiple sales cycles, converting customers primarily in the US market. The product has demonstrated strong productmarket fit, delivering zero customer churn to date. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: You will own the end-to-end customer journey, spanning pre-sales solutioning, onboarding and implementation, post go-live success, and expansion, while acting as a critical bridge between customers, product, engineering, and business leadership. PRE-SALES & SOLUTIONING: - Partner closely with Sales to understand prospect context, business problems, and success criteria - Design and deliver custom demos, pilots, and solution architectures tailored to customer use cases - Act as a trusted advisor during sales cycles, helping customers understand how Zenskar fits into their billing, finance, and operational workflows - Influence deal strategy by clarifying feasibility, trade-offs, and implementation considerations early PILOT, IMPLEMENTATION & ONBOARDING: - Own the transition from pre-sales to post-sales to ensure clean handoffs and clear success definitions - Lead pilots, onboarding, and implementations end-to-end - proactively removing blockers and driving customers to a successful go-live - Work closely with internal implementation and engineering teams to ensure timelines, scope, and expectations are aligned POST GO-LIVE SUCCESS & EXPANSION: - Own customer health, satisfaction, and outcomes post go-live - Identify risks early, manage escalations, and ensure issues are resolved in partnership with Product and Engineering - Drive adoption, value realisation, and expansion opportunities by deeply understanding customer workflows and goals - Be the long-term strategic partner for customers, not just a support contact PRODUCT, ENGINEERING & BUSINESS COLLABORATION: - Act as the voice of the customer internally, translating real-world customer needs into clear product and engineering inputs - Liaise closely with Product and Engineering to shape the product roadmap, prioritize features, and refine integrations based on customer feedback - Partner with founders and business leaders to refine ICP definitions, pricing considerations, and overall GTM and customer strategy - Share insights from the field to help improve positioning, messaging, and future product bets BUILDING THE CS & SOLUTIONS FUNCTION: - Create and evolve processes, documentation, and playbooks for pre-sales, onboarding, and post-sales - Build a scalable customer success repository (docs, workflows, demos, videos, best practices) - Help define what great looks like for CS & Solutions as the company scales from 1 100 customers - Contribute beyond CS as needed - across sales, operations, or strategy - especially in an early-stage environment WHY JOIN ZENSKAR?: Impact: Be the senior CS & Solutions leader shaping how we engage customers from day one. KEY QUALIFICATIONS: - 7 to 10 years of experience in an ex-founder, startup, consulting, VC, strategy, operations, founders office, or GTM function - Undergraduate degree from IIT, BITS, or a similar Tier-1 engineering institution - Strong first-principles understanding of business fundamentals; ability to understand the product at a granular level; and strong empathy for end-users - Cross-functional exposure across customer roles, product, engineering, revenue, or program management - Prior experience in a Founders Office role or as an ex-founder is a strong advantage - Awards, extracurricular excellence, demonstrated leadership, or strong hustle indicators - Strong project management skills and proactiveness - Comfortable working in US time zones to directly engage with customers - High ownership, proactive communication, and a bias for action - Collaborative, low-ego personality with a sense of humor and the ability not to take yourself too seriously :) COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: - INR 55 - 65 lacs + ESOPs - Meaningful equity in a fast-growing startup - Health insurance for you and your family - Learning & development budget - Top-tier equipment and tools LOCATION: Hybrid - 2 days per week (Tuesday, Thursday) Office Location: Indiranagar, Bengaluru Address: 3rd Floor, A wing No 1, Carlton Towers, HAL Old Airport Rd, HAL 2nd Stage, Indiranagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560008.
