
Role Title: Creative Director.
Business Unit: Zensciences (B2B Creative & Brand).
Reporting To: Chief Business Officer / Founding Partners.
About the Roles:
- We're looking for a Creative Director to lead the big idea engine at Zensciences - India's largest B2B marketing and creative agency.
- This is a pivotal role responsible for elevating the agency's creative output, guiding integrated storytelling, and mentoring a multi-disciplinary team of designers, writers, and motion specialists.
- You'll work on campaigns, brand platforms, content systems, films, and experiences for some of the most respected names in tech, enterprise, and innovation - helping shape not just what they say, but how the world remembers them.
- But remember, this is for pure-play b2b brands and within that - will be predominantly tech centric brands.
Role Purpose:
- To lead the creative vision and narrative expression of the agency's work - across brand campaigns, integrated marketing ideas, and content-rich storytelling.
- The Creative Director will be a partner to strategy and business teams, helping translate positioning and intent into compelling, original, and modern creative expressions that work across formats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage prompt libraries for brand strategy, content, design, research, and more.
- Lead creative concepting and storytelling across brand campaigns, films, digital experiences, and integrated marketing.
- Translate strategic inputs into campaign platforms, narratives, and visual directions.
- Provide creative leadership across teams of writers, designers, and motion/film leads.
- Review and elevate work across pitches, sprints, and delivery engagements.
- Shape the agency's creative voice and language - internally and externally.
- Partner with strategy and business heads to align creative output with positioning, messaging, and business goals.
- Manage the content and design teams and enable a 'creative uplift'.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 10-14 years of experience in creative roles across advertising, branding, or content studios - with at least 5+ years in a senior creative leadership role in B2B marketing or tech services/product marketing.
- Strong portfolio of B2B, tech, or enterprise work - across identity, campaign, digital, and film.
- Strong grounding in creative strategy, big idea development, storytelling, and cross-channel execution.
- Proven leadership experience mentoring teams, presenting to clients, and collaborating across disciplines.
- Ability to simplify complexity - and turn business context into bold creative work.
