Key Responsibilities:


- Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise B2B clients, managing end-to-end account relationships. Lead communication strategy and execution across branding, marketing, and digital initiatives. Partner with clients on strategic positioning, business planning, and go-to-market strategies.


- Understand client business drivers, objectives, and challenges, translating them into actionable marketing outcomes. Scope project requirements, prepare budgets, timelines, and resource plans, and ensure profitability. Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, digital, content, technology) to design and deliver integrated solutions.


- Ensure smooth project execution by communicating priorities, tracking deliverables, and keeping stakeholders aligned. Identify potential risks, dependencies, or delivery challenges and proactively resolve issues.


- Guide clients on branding, positioning, and marketing implementation across channels. Research industries, competitors, and markets to uncover growth and differentiation opportunities. Oversee and contribute to digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.


- Present strategies, insights, and performance updates confidently to senior client stakeholders.


Required Skills & Experience:


- 7-9 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or consulting roles. Proven experience managing B2B and enterprise brand accounts, preferably in a digital marketing agency environment.


- Strong understanding of: Business strategy and models Market sizing and opportunity analysis Brand positioning and competitive analysis Experience in communication strategy development and execution. Good knowledge of digital marketing campaigns and performance metrics.


- Ability to appreciate technology and its role in building modern brands. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially when engaging senior client leadership. Strong people skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams. Highly organized with strong project management and prioritization skills.


Qualifications:


- Minimum 7 years of marketing experience with B2B brands. MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.


- Background in a Digital Marketing Agency is strongly preferred. Strong content creation and storytelling skills. Excellent organizational, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
