HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated HR Business Partner (HRBP) for our Hyderabad location. This role is a pivotal "People Partner" position, focusing on the seamless functioning of daily HR operations and contributing to the overall employee experience. You will be instrumental in managing employee relations, implementing HR policies across the associate lifecycle, and driving key HR initiatives to align with business needs and foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations & Support:

- Monitor and track employee relations issues, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.

- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and management, addressing questions, requests, and concerns regarding company and HR programs, policies, and guidelines.

HR Operations Management:

- Manage and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of all HR functions.

- Oversee the entire associate lifecycle, including onboarding, induction, performance management, reporting, local legislation compliance, learning and development, compensation, benefits, policy administration, rewards and recognition, associate engagement, retention, communication, and monthly MIS reporting.

- Ensure associate safety, welfare, wellness, and health initiatives are effectively managed.

Strategic Contribution & Policy Implementation:

- Review and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs across the organization.

- Evaluate challenges from emerging business needs and propose strategic alternatives or solutions to unit and HR leadership.

- Drive the performance management system to align with both business outcomes and people development needs. This includes guiding goal setting, performance normalization, and evaluating potential for growth.

Data & Communication:

- Design and maintain an HR dashboard to capture and highlight key people statistics, facilitating regular communication with stakeholders on the unit's "people health."

- Guide and collaborate with business leaders and associates to drive employee engagement and development initiatives that are aligned with business outcomes.

- Provide inputs to design associate engagement practices that create a positive work environment and enhance performance.

- Monitor the effectiveness of HR processes and policies, continuously seeking improvements based on business requirements.

- Design and drive extensive and continuous communication channels to promote organizational values and ensure maximum connect between associates and management.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR generalist role.

- Demonstrated experience in managing the full employee lifecycle.

- Experience in handling employee relations issues, from initial inquiry to resolution.

Technical & Domain Knowledge:

- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in India.

- Experience with Performance Management systems and processes.

- Ability to work with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and generate reports.

- Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) to interact effectively with employees at all levels.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to address HR challenges and interpret data.

- Ability to think strategically and propose HR solutions aligned with business objectives.

- High degree of empathy and discretion in handling sensitive employee information.

- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Proactive and self-driven with a continuous improvement mindset.
