Role Overview:

We are looking for an Operational Process Management Analyst to support HPEN CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) operations. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of quoting processes, sales operations, system troubleshooting, and Salesforce tools, along with strong analytical and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide front-line operational support for CPQ and sales operations.

- Troubleshoot operational issues using Salesforce (SFDC) and Deal UI.

- Support functional testing and system validation activities.

- Coordinate with multiple business units and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

- Maintain accuracy and efficiency across sales operations processes.

- Share operational best practices and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

- Maintain reports, records, and process documentation using MS Office applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 3 - 4 years of relevant experience in operational process management or sales operations.

- Knowledge of CPQ operations and quoting processes.

- Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) and Deal UI.

- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

- Good time management and organisational skills.

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
