About the Role :

The Founder's Office at Zenergize sits at the nerve centre of the company - working directly with the founding team on the highest-priority strategic and operational challenges across the business.

As an Associate, you will be a trusted partner to the founders, owning critical workstreams, driving cross-functional execution, and helping shape how the company scales.

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Gurugram, with a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work directly with the founders and senior stakeholders on strategic priorities, special projects, and high-impact business decisions

- Own end-to-end execution of cross-functional initiatives spanning product, sales, operations, supply chain, and finance

- Track company-wide metrics, prepare board-ready reports, and drive leadership review processes

- Act as a force multiplier for the founding team - context-switching across functions and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

- Engage with external stakeholders including investors, partners, and customers on behalf of the founders where required

- Support hiring, team-building, and organisational initiatives as the company scales

What We're Looking For :

- 2 - 3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or a high-growth startup in an execution-heavy strategy, operations, or founders office role

- Masters degree in Business or Management from a Tier-1 institution

- Strong execution orientation - someone who independently drives problems from identification to implementation and closure, rather than only recommending solutions

- Proven ability to operate as a hands-on generalist across business functions, with a bias for action and ownership

- Sharp structured thinking and analytical capability; comfortable working with data, operational ambiguity, and fast decision-making

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams and drive outcomes with senior stakeholders

- High adaptability and willingness to work across supply chain, product, quality, manufacturing, and business operations based on business priorities

- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, unstructured environments where speed, accountability, and execution matter

- Genuine interest in deep-tech, EVs, energy systems, and building scalable infrastructure businesses in India
