We are looking for a Product Owner who understands enterprise treasury and finance workflows deeply and can help us build scalable, enterprise-grade products from the ground up.

This role sits at the intersection of treasury operations, ERP systems, enterprise workflows, analytics, and product engineering.

Product Owner - Enterprise Treasury Platform

Bengaluru - In Office

Key Responsibilities

- Drive product development for the Enterprise Treasury Platform

- Translate treasury and finance operational workflows into scalable product features

- Work closely with engineering, UI/UX, data, and AI teams during sprint execution

Define workflows and product logic across:

- Cash Management

- Accounts Payable (AP)

- Accounts Receivable (AR)

- Loan & Liability Management

- Budgeting & Forecasting

- Bank Reconciliation

- Treasury Dashboards & MIS

- Compliance & Audit Controls

- Gather requirements directly from CFOs, treasury teams, finance controllers, and business stakeholders

- Create PRDs, BRDs, workflow diagrams, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications

- Define ERP, CRM, banking, and treasury integration workflows

- Design MIS reports, analytics dashboards, KPI frameworks, and treasury insights

- Support customer onboarding, implementation, UAT, and product configuration

- Collaborate with AI teams to build intelligent forecasting and treasury automation capabilities

Required Skills & Experience:

Must Have

5-8 years of experience in:

- Treasury Operations

- ERP Functional Consulting

- Finance Systems

- Enterprise Product Ownership

- Financial Process Transformation

Strong understanding of:

- P2P and O2C workflows

- Cash Flow Forecasting

- Working Capital Management

- Treasury Operations

- Banking and reconciliation workflows

- MIS reporting and executive dashboards

- Good knowledge of enterprise ERP systems and finance workflows

- Ability to convert business requirements into clear functional product specifications

- Strong stakeholder communication and requirement gathering capability

Good to Have:

Functional exposure to:

- SAP FICO / SAP TRM

- Salesforce

- Kyriba

- Oracle Financials / Oracle Fusion

- Treasury Management Systems

- Understanding of ERP and CRM integrations

- Exposure to GST, TDS, audit, and financial compliance workflows

- Experience working with reporting tools, BI dashboards, and financial analytics

- CA / CMA / MBA Finance / CFA preferred

- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise platforms
