Zell Education - Senior Manager - Finance - CA

We are looking for a strategic Senior Manager - Finance with strong expertise in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to drive business performance and support decision-making. This role leads budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling while delivering clear, data-driven insights to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.

2. Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators (KPIs), including all 3. areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures.

4. Monitor performance indicators, highlight trends, and analyze causes of unexpected variances.

5. Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly business review presentations for senior management.

6. Collaborate with business unit heads to align financial forecasts with strategic plans.

7. Support strategic projects such as pricing strategy, cost optimization, and investment analysis.

8. Use tools like Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) for reporting and analysis.
