Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly driven Program Manager to lead and scale experiential programs and online courses. This individual will own the end-to-end planning, execution, and success of all experiential programs and online courses across domestic and international locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating exceptional student experiences, managing stakeholders, coordinating industry experts and partners, overseeing logistics, driving program quality, and ensuring every program delivers measurable learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Ownership:

- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Zell programs.

- Design and manage program calendars, timelines, and deliverables.

- Ensure seamless execution of residential, domestic, and international programs.

- Drive continuous improvement of program structure and participant experience.

Student Experience Management:

- Own the complete learner journey from enrollment to program completion.

- Create engaging learning experiences, networking opportunities, and leadership activities.

- Manage participant communication before, during, and after the programs.

- Ensure high student satisfaction and program NPS scores.

Industry & Mentor Partnerships:

- Build relationships with CXOs, founders, CFOs, industry leaders, and guest speakers.

- Coordinate mentor sessions, leadership talks, company visits, and networking events.

- Manage partner expectations and ensure exceptional stakeholder experiences.

Operations & Logistics:

- Coordinate travel, accommodation, venue management, transportation, and event logistics.

- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.

- Create contingency plans and ensure flawless on-ground execution.

Team & Stakeholder Management:

- Lead cross-functional collaboration across marketing, sales, academics, student success, and operations teams.

- Manage internal and external stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.

- Coordinate with faculty, mentors, speakers, and external partners.

Budget & Performance Management:

- Manage program budgets and cost optimization.

- Track program KPIs, attendance, engagement, feedback, and outcomes.

- Present performance reports and recommendations to leadership.

Innovation & Scaling:

- Identify opportunities to enhance program experiences.

- Introduce new formats, partnerships, and experiential learning initiatives.

- Support expansion into new cities and international destinations.

What Were Looking For:

- 3+ years of experience in Program Management, Experiential Learning, Events, Operations, Student Experience, or Learning Programs.

- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience handling large-scale events, cohorts, offsites, conferences, or educational programs.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred:

- Experience in EdTech, Higher Education, Learning & Development, MBA programs, Study Abroad, Youth Programs, or Experiential Learning.

- Experience managing residential programs, leadership camps, student events, or program experiences.

- Exposure to international travel coordination and vendor management.
