Opportunity Overview:

Were hiring an Accounting and Finance Manager who brings precision, ownership, and a tech-savvy mindset to lead our finance operations. This is a dynamic role where you'll manage the full spectrum of accounting and finance functions, while driving automation and reporting excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day accounting: sales, purchases, journal entries, ledger maintenance, vouchers, bank reconciliations, debit/credit notes

- Manage GST workings and filings: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-6A, GSTR-9 & 9C, and reconciliation

- Oversee TDS calculation, payment, returns, and reconciliation, including revisions

- Prepare MIS reports and support cash flow management

- Drive automation initiatives in accounting and finance processes

- Work with accounting tools like Zoho Books, Tally, Genius, and Zoho Analytics

- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with statutory requirements

- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants/auditors as needed

Required Skills:

- Strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, and reconciliation

- Proficient in Excel and Advanced Excel

- Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong ownership and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and bring innovation to routine financial tasks

- Hands-on experience with accounting software/ERPs and financial automation tools

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

- Master's in Finance or any related field.
