The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-driven Leader - B2B Operations to manage and streamline operations across our university partnerships. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless program delivery, stakeholder coordination, and operational excellence across all B2B engagements.

The ideal candidate has experience in B2B operations, program management, or key account operations-preferably in EdTech, education services, or professional training environments.

Key Responsibilities

Program Delivery & Execution

- Own end-to-end operational execution of B2B programs (university partnerships).

- Ensure smooth onboarding of institutional partners and learners.

- Coordinate batch launches, scheduling, faculty allocation, and academic calendars.

- Monitor program milestones, timelines, and deliverables.

Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary operations SPOC for university administrators.

- Ensure proactive communication and timely resolution of issues.

- Conduct regular review meetings with partners to ensure service excellence.

- Collaborate with Sales, Academics, Finance, and Client Experience teams to ensure alignment.

Operational Excellence

- Design and implement SOPs for B2B operations.

- Track key metrics such as enrolment numbers, attendance, completion rates, partner satisfaction, and renewals.

- Improve operational efficiency through automation and CRM tools.

- Identify and mitigate operational risks proactively.

Reporting & Analytics

- Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for internal leadership and partners.

- Track revenue realization, invoicing coordination, and contract compliance.

- Use data insights to improve program performance and retention.

Process Improvement & Scale

- Build scalable frameworks to support growing B2B partnerships.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across service delivery.

- Support expansion into new institutional and corporate segments.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

- 4-8 years of experience in B2B operations, program management, account operations, or institutional partnerships.

- Experience in EdTech, education, SaaS, or professional training preferred.

- Strong understanding of corporate learning or university partnership models is a plus.
