Mission:

Drive AI/ML-powered digital solutions adoption and sales in India's renewable energy sector by identifying opportunities, forming partnerships, and advancing innovations in forecasting, asset management, predictive maintenance, energy trading, and grid optimization.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for AI/ML-driven renewable energy solutions.

- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies targeting IPPs, utilities, energy traders, and regulators.

- Conduct market research on trends, regulations, and AI/ML applications in renewables.

- Build and maintain relationships with renewable energy developers, utilities, and large-scale energy buyers.

- Drive revenue growth by managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

- Collaborate with technical teams to tailor AI/ML solutions to customer needs.

- Create business proposals, pitch decks, and demos for clients and stakeholders.

- Establish strategic partnerships with technology providers and energy marketplaces.

- Represent the company at industry events and engage with regulatory bodies to align with compliance standards.

- Understand client goals and ensure AI/ML solutions deliver value and seamless adoption.

Job Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategy within renewable energy, AI/ML, or digital energy.

- Strong knowledge of AI/ML applications in energy trading, asset performance, and forecasting.

- Experience selling digital energy solutions (ETRM, SCADA, predictive analytics, IoT, cloud platforms).

- Ability to explain AI/ML solutions to non-technical stakeholders and strong sales/negotiation skills.

- Familiarity with SaaS-based AI/ML models and data-driven decision-making tools.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
