About the Role:
We're actively seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Nagpur.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven professional to take the lead on our digital marketing initiatives, driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you'll have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies.
You'll be instrumental in leading integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution, working closely with our marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and external vendors to ensure campaigns are launched on time and within budget.
Location: Nagpur (Work from Office strictly.
Only candidates willing to relocate to Nagpur should apply.)
Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Execution:
- Design, build, and maintain a robust and engaging social media presence across relevant platforms.
Performance & Optimization:

- Identify key trends and insights, then optimize spend and performance based on these data-driven observations.
- Brainstorm and implement new, creative growth strategies to expand our digital reach and impact.
- Plan, execute, and meticulously measure experiments and conversion tests to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration & User Experience:
- Utilize strong analytical abilities to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints, identifying areas for improvement.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate seamlessly with agencies and other vendor partners to amplify our digital marketing efforts.
Innovation & Leadership:
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for their adoption where appropriate, keeping us at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.
- Proven Experience: Demonstrable working experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Campaign Expertise: Proven experience leading and managing successful SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Creativity & Targeting: Highly creative with extensive experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that effectively engage, inform, and motivate.
- Optimization Skills: Hands-on experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels to improve conversion rates.
- Experimentation: Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments to drive continuous improvement.
- Analytics Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) for in-depth performance analysis.
- Ad Serving Tools: Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
- Google Ads Expertise: Proven experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
- Technical Understanding: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and their constraints as they relate to digital marketing initiatives.
- Analytical & Data-Driven: Possess strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, able to translate data into actionable insights.
- Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technological advancements in online marketing and measurement
