Senior Manager Program Management Owner of the relationship with Product and Tech teams for Global Business requirements: - Key responsibility will be to work closely with Product and Technology teams to ensure that Business requirements scoped out are delivered as per highest quality standards and that the functionalities and flows are working smoothly. - Work with business to define product requirements and scope looking into all current and future scenarios, including third party integrations - Setting goals for cross-functional projects and liaise with marketing, performance marketing, content, Business Development, CLM and product teams to execute acquisition, engagement and retention strategies. - Setting expectations and managing deliveries from product and tech team - Close working and management of relationship with product managers and engineering teams, ensuring business requirements are correctly represented and understood - Align engineering and product teams behind common goals. - Set up processes for issue /crisis management and define and communicate TATs to prod-tech teams - Complete and monitor the projects across multiple Operations teams and make adjustments along the way while also looking ahead to identify and mitigate risks. - Continually refining operational processes internally and with external teams - Consistently report on project updates to all levels of the organization and to cross-functional teams. - Build relationships with and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on project tasks, progress, and asks. - Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved. Analysing and flagging risks as needed. - Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services. - Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle. - Identify new tooling and process enhancements for projects. Recognize and act on opportunities for automation. - Drive a deep understanding of our data pipeline, from integration to consumption, as well as our data management tools.
