What will you do? As the Head of Product and Business, you will be an integral part of the leadership team and have the opportunity to become a co-founder of the company. Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Business and Growth Focus: Devote yourself entirely to business development, revenue growth and achieving business milestones. Sustainability Advocate: Demonstrate a genuine passion for sustainability and contribute to the global mission of achieving carbon neutrality. Concept Selling through SaaS: Sell sustainability, digital transformation concepts and solutions to potential clients effectively. Understand the technical aspects of our platform and effectively communicate its value to customers. Increase the customer lifetime value through subscription-based selling, upgrades and add-ons. Market Research and Product Roadmap: Conduct market research to identify customer needs and define the product roadmap accordingly. Develop a clear and comprehensive go-to-market strategy for our products and services. Marketing Savvy in the relevant field: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of different elements of commercial buildings, identify potential problems, stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in advanced building management systems. Master Networker: Leverage your strong connections with consultants, architects, sustainability heads, and operations heads to drive business opportunities. What are we looking for? - Entrepreneurial mindset: A founder's can-do, must-do, will-do mentality. - Strong understanding of sustainability and carbon-neutral initiatives. - Experience in selling complex software solutions and managing a subscription-based sales model. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team. - In-depth knowledge of commercial buildings and related industries. - Established network within the architecture, sustainability, and building management sectors. - Familiarity with advanced building management systems and related technologies. - Resilience and adaptability: Ability to navigate tough times with confidence and demonstrate your ability to overcome obstacles in a dynamic startup environment. Compensation and Benefits: The selected candidate will receive a competitive compensation package, including a generous salary, performance-based incentives, and other benefits. Additionally, as a potential co-founder, you will be entitled to significant employee stock options (ESOPs) currently valued at 10 crores.
