Key responsibilities:

- Lead & manage CRM, marketing automation platform and email/sms communication channels & engagement campaigns for D2C business.

- Develop and lead the retention Strategy to optimize Key Performance Indicators including customer lifetime values, retention/churn levels, and average revenue per player.

- Build loyalty programs & optimize customer experience (CX) through multiple channel mix on the app based on Customer Journey.

- Lead automation & strategic initiatives to optimize reach & efficiency resulting in revenue conversions.

- Own and drive the repeat revenues and LTVs for customers

- Design and drive growth campaigns for mobile web, apps, and web platforms. Analyzing accounts, researching customer behavior, and creating predictive models of the customer journey

- Coordinate SEO and content marketing strategy including development of written content.

- Ensure brand identity, voice and tone is maintained throughout all campaigns and contents created.

- Manage various daily communications using Mo-engage and other marketing tools.. These include email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages.

- Work closely with Analytics and tech team for building required retention functionalities

- Generate and circulate the weekly monthly retention reports to various stakeholders

Requirements:

- 1+ years of experience with Crypto/Web3 Organization

- 6+ years of experience with Mo-Engage or some other email or mobile marketing platform (Mailchimp, Clevertap, Netcore, Mixpanel, Hubspot, etc.)

- Should have experience in Planning, Handling & executing CRM campaigns with a deep understanding of customer lifecycle, purchase habits, loyalty, personalization, and analytics

- Should have prior experience in managing all channels of CRM including SMS, email, push/web notifications, direct mail, in-app and on-site
