Bachelor's degree and MBA preferred 2. 6+ years of total work experience, with at least 5 years in the tech/Fintech industry 3. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment 4. Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking 5. Global mindset and independent 6. Fluent in English 7.
