The Vice President, Delivery / Chief Delivery Officer (CDO) will lead Zapcoms global delivery ecosystem, driving excellence, scale, and customer success across all engagements. This role is accountable for ensuring predictable, high-quality project delivery; nurturing strong client partnerships; and building a world-class engineering and delivery organization.
You will be the strategic anchor between our customers, technology leaders, and delivery teamsensuring that execution, innovation, and business goals are tightly aligned.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery across Zapcoms global footprint, ensuring consistency, predictability, and high customer satisfaction.
- Drive delivery excellence through robust governance, agile practices, quality frameworks, and proactive risk management.
- Build and scale mature delivery processes that support growth, multi-geo operations, and diverse client needs.
- Serve as the executive deliver leader for key customer accounts, building trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders.
- Understand customer strategic objectives and ensure delivery teams translate them into actionable execution plans.
- Manage escalation pathways, ensuring rapid response, clear communication, and high accountability.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing delivery organization across engineering, project management, and cross-functional teams.
- Mentor leaders, strengthen succession pipelines, and promote a culture of ownership, agility, and continuous improvement.
- Drive collaboration across product, engineering, architecture, customer success, and sales teams.
- Establish, monitor, and optimize KPIs spanning delivery health, team productivity, quality metrics, financial performance, and customer NPS.
- Continuously evolve delivery models, frameworks, tools, and automation to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Work closely with executive leadership on business growth, market expansion, and delivery-led differentiation.
