Job Description Performance Marketing Manager
Location: Bengaluru
Function: Growth & Performance Marketing
Industry Requirement: Fintech Stock Broking / Trading / Investments
Experience: 3-5 years (Mandatory: Experience in Stock Trading/Broking Platforms)
Role Overview:
We are hiring a Performance Marketing Leader with proven experience in the trading / broking ecosystem.
The core ownership will be running campaigns that convert users into account openings (Demat / Trading) and improve CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Campaigns (Broking Industry Specific):
- Plan, execute, and scale paid acquisition campaigns across:
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram)
Programmatic & Affiliate
- Build performance funnels specific to trading platforms:
Lead KYC Account Opening First Trade
- Track competitor ads across brokers (Fyers, Zerodha, Dhan, Sahi, Angel One).
Creative & Messaging:
- Own performance ad creatives: static + video + motion.
- Write compelling hooks, copy, and communication for finance/investing audiences.
- Convert content to conversions from awareness CTA execution.
Data, Measurement & Optimization:
- Monitor and optimize KPIs: CTR, CPL, CAC, ROAS, CVR, LTV.
- Run A/B experiments on:
Ad copy
Creative variations
Landing pages
Audiences & bidding strategies
- Use attribution tools (AppsFlyer, CleverTap, GA4, Adjust, etc.) to track funnel efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with product, design, content, and revenue teams to support funnel execution.
- Ensure alignment between marketing performance and business growth goals.
Must-Have Experience (Non-Negotiable):
- Hands-on performance marketing experience in a stock trading / broking / investment platform.
- Proven track record of converting performance campaigns demat/trading account openings.
- Experience in messaging + creatives for finance/trading users.
- Applications without broking/trading platform experience will not be considered.

- Higher Conversion Rates (Lead KYC Account Open)
- ROAS improvement and spend efficiency
- Scale monthly account openings
