Mission

We're building Pace, a digital employee that needs to be more than software. Pace needs to be someone. Digital employees are a new category. No one knows what they should look or feel like yet.

You'll define it:

- Build the brand that sets the standard for how the world thinks about AI that works alongside people.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

- Define Zamp's brand identity, visual, verbal, everything.

- Create content across formats: social, video, web, campaigns.

- Set and maintain creative standards across all touchpoints.

- Work with founders on positioning and messaging.

- Run growth creative: ads, landing pages, conversion assets.

- Build the creative team as we scale.

What We're Looking For:

- You've built or shaped a brand at an early-stage company.

- You're still hands-on and you make things, not just direct others.

- You're good across mediums: design, copy, video.

- You understand that creative serves the business.

- You have taste and can articulate why something works or doesn't.

- You move fast and don't need a lot of process to ship.
