About the Role
We are seeking a visionary Senior Architect / Senior Design Manager with 12+ years of proven experience in shaping high-rise and large-scale residential or mixed-use developments. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on delivering iconic projects, driving design excellence, and inspiring teams to push boundaries in architecture and urban design.
As the design lead, you will oversee the entire journey-from concept creation to construction execution-ensuring every project reflects innovation, technical precision, and world-class quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Create bold, functional, and sustainable solutions that set new benchmarks.
- Safeguard design integrity and elevate quality across all phases.
Project Strategy & Delivery
- Oversee concept designs, schematic layouts, detailed drawings, and construction documentation.
- Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and global best practices.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and high performance.
- Review outputs to ensure alignment with vision and standards.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead presentations, design reviews, and progress discussions.
- Build strong relationships and ensure clarity on expectations.
Technical Excellence
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance at every stage.
- Maintain meticulous records of design changes and approvals.
Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Drive innovation in processes, efficiency, and sustainability.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in high-rise and large-scale residential/mixed-use projects (preferred).
- Strong background in the architectural construction industry (non-IT).
- Expertise in design management, project coordination, and delivery.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to inspire teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.
- Candidates should not be self-employed / freelance professionals.
Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray (added advantage).
- Strong grasp of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Master of Architecture (M.Arch) - Added advantage
