Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Partnership with the Founder: Work closely with the founder on key strategic initiatives, helping drive growth, operational excellence, and long-term vision. - High-Level Decision Making: Utilize first-principles thinking to break down complex problems and provide innovative solutions across the business. - Operational Design & Execution: Design and implement scalable operational frameworks and processes that support growth across sales, marketing, and product development. - Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with various teams, including product, sales, and technology, ensuring alignment of operational strategy with company goals. - Risk Management: Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, taking bold but calculated risks to propel the business forward. - Process Optimization: Continuously identify inefficiencies within the organization and implement operational improvements to drive productivity. - Future Leadership Role: Grow into the Head of Operations role as the company scales, overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring organizational agility, and managing key functions across the business.
