Z1 Tech - Finance Controller - CA

What you'll do:

- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, and payroll.

- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Stand Alone & Consolidated) in accordance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS / US GAAP).

- Ensure timely closure of books and reconciliation of accounts.

- Develop and maintain internal control systems to ensure accuracy of financial records.

- Ensure compliance with statutory laws, tax regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, Transfer Pricing), and company policies.

- Liaise with auditors (internal & statutory) & regulatory authorities

- Implement and monitor internal controls and accounting best practices.

- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounts team.

What we're looking for:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-8 Years of Post qualification experience

- Progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, preferably with at least 2 years in a managerial position.

- Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations.

- Experience with accounting software

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
