What will you do as a VP Finance : - Preparation of Schedule III Financials for the statutory audit on Monthly basis as per IND AS - Preparation of consolidation financials monthly as per statutory audit requirement - Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) - Coordinating with the statutory and Internal auditors - Coordinating with the International accounting teams for proper books closure - Conducting the IFC checks monthly on behalf of the management and providing the status and monthly report to CFO - Handling the Foreign subsidiaries accounts and Tax compliances - Heading the GL team and ensuring the smooth closure of books as per Ind AS - Ensuring all the Accounting compliances as per local GAAP and IFRS for subsidiaries & Taxation compliances - Preparation of MIS and providing monthly reporting What are we looking for : - 15-20 years of experience - Ability to collaborate with other functional leaders and employees - Strong time-management and people skills About Z1 Media: Z1 Media (Great Place to Work-Certified- ) is a technology first company which strives to innovate digital advertising and marketing to streamline automation in favour of humankind.
