Role Summary:

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager with 48 years of experience in B2B SaaS to support GTM strategy, product positioning, and content development for Perfect Doc Studio and Flow AI.

The ideal candidate will be able to translate technical concepts into simple, compelling value for business and technical audiences, while collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Launch Support:

- Drive and support end-to-end GTM planning for new product launches, feature rollouts, and customer communications.

- Build messaging frameworks, launch plans, and enablement materials to ensure alignment across teams.

Product Positioning & Messaging:

- Craft clear, compelling, persona-based value propositions that simplify technical features into customer benefits.

- Develop differentiated messaging for various user segmentsbusiness users, technical teams, and decision-makers.

Content Creation & Storytelling:

- Develop high-impact product marketing content including:

Product presentations

Solution briefs & one-pagers

Blogs and thought leadership content

Web copy & product pages

Battlecards and case studies

Webinar and video scripts

- Ensure all content supports product adoption, education, and brand presence.

Market & Competitive Intelligence:

- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor capabilities, pricing, and industry shifts.

- Convert insights into strategic recommendations for product positioning and roadmap improvements.

Sales Enablement:

- Create and maintain sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, objection-handling guides, use case documents, and vertical-specific messaging.

- Work closely with Sales teams to understand gaps and continuously enhance enablement materials.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with Product Management to understand customer needs, product capabilities, and future roadmap.

- Support Marketing and Demand Generation teams in campaigns, events, email marketing, and digital initiatives.

Customer Insights & Advocacy:

- Gather customer feedback and success stories to refine messaging and create advocacy content.

- Identify opportunities to drive stronger customer adoption and engagement.

Performance Tracking & Optimization:

- Track the effectiveness of product marketing efforts using content performance data, campaign metrics, and win/loss analysis.

- Continuously refine messaging, content, and GTM motions based on insights.

Requirements:

- 4 to 8 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing or product marketing.

- Strong communication, storytelling, and writing skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.

- Experience working with technical products, enterprise software, workflow automation, or AI-driven solutions.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.

- Understanding of buyer journeys, SaaS market dynamics, and product-led growth principles.

- Experience collaborating with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.

- Knowledge of Insurance or Financial Services is a plus, but not mandatory.

- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Figma, GA, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
