Responsibilities: Talent Management - Support a culture of inclusivity for all talent to feel secure and prosper - Constantly focus on improving the quality of talent in the restaurants across levels - Responsible for the design and implementation of talent strategy in line with the business strategy to addresses the short-term and long term needs of the organization - Implement Talent Management processes to ensure continuous identification, development, and retention of high potential talents - Define key competencies required for each role - Define guardrails for internal pipeline - Visit restaurants to assess talent & executive presence of restaurant teams - Create & leverage effective digital channels to hire the best-in-class talent by leveraging platforms Skills Required: - Positive mindset - Resilient & ability to remain calm under pressure - Strong internal consulting skills, with ability to influence change - Superior Interpersonal and communication skills - Driving Accountability while working as a part of the team - Creativity and innovation - Problem-solving using analytical skills - Proficiency in MS Office Educational Qualification: - Essential: MBA (Tier 1/2) Experience: - Essential: 5-7 years of work experience required.
