About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic senior management professional to lead and integrate our Sales, CRM, Marketing, and Technology functions. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping the company's growth trajectory through data-driven decision-making, digital transformation, and innovative use of emerging technologies.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of business acumen, technological expertise, and leadership capability, with a proven track record in scaling operations and driving revenue growth-preferably within the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the organizational roadmap across Sales, CRM, Marketing, ERP, and Technology functions.
- Align cross-functional teams to achieve business growth, customer acquisition, and retention goals.
- Partner with leadership to drive long-term strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
Sales & CRM Management
- Design and implement robust sales processes to maximize conversion rates and revenue.
- Lead CRM strategy, including customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and engagement.
- Ensure seamless integration between sales and CRM platforms for enhanced customer insights.
Marketing & Growth
- Oversee end-to-end marketing strategy including digital, performance, branding, and offline channels.
- Drive lead generation, campaign optimization, and ROI-focused marketing initiatives.
- Build and position the company as a technology-driven real estate brand.
Technology & Automation
- Implement and manage ERP systems, automation tools, and digital platforms across the organization.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
- Identify and deploy cutting-edge tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
Data & Business Intelligence
- Set up and manage business intelligence dashboards for real-time decision-making.
- Establish data-driven culture by leveraging analytics for forecasting, performance tracking, and optimization.
- Monitor key KPIs across departments and drive continuous improvement.
Innovation & AI Adoption
- Drive innovation in real estate through the adoption of AI and emerging technologies.
- Identify opportunities for AI in sales automation, customer insights, marketing optimization, and operations.
- Lead experimentation and implementation of next-generation tech solutions.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- MBA from a premier institute (preferably IIM).
- 8-10 years of relevant experience, with exposure to the real estate sector preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading business transformation initiatives.
