Job description:

Role & responsibilities:

- Expertise in handling day to day accounting and preparation of various management reports.

- Proficient knowledge in Income Tax, GST, P F, ESI etc.

- Preparation of Monthly P&L and MIS reports.

- Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end financial closure.

- Preparation and review of monthly TDS/GST/PT workings, TDS payments and Filing e-TDS/GST/PT returns on time

- Handling the income tax assessment work of Group Companies and appearing before the assessing authorities; coordinating and following up with various Tax Authorities

- Coordinating with Statutory Auditors for completion of Annual Audits and Tax Audits and filing of Income tax returns of group entities.

- Preparing and arranging information required for Income tax assessment, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit and Cost audits.

- Drafting and submission of replies to the notices, mails communications & orders received from Income Tax Dept, GST Dept or any other statutory departments.

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3-5 yrs of experience in Accounting and Taxation

- Experience in Independent handling of both Direct & Indirect taxes and its related compliances

- Strong communication skills (oral, written, presentation); demonstrated strong interpersonal skills

- High degree of professionalism, with the ability to manage internal and external relationships
