YsecIT - Chartered Accountant

YSECIT N.V. is seeking a highly experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead and manage end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and financial controls. This role is designed for a finance professional with strong leadership abilities and deep expertise in accounting standards, taxation, financial planning, and strategic business support.

The ideal candidate will drive financial excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and support business growth through strong financial management and reporting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Management

- Manage daily accounting operations and financial administration

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (FS reports)

- Prepare balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports

- Monitor accounts payable and receivable

- Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow activities

- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and maintenance of financial records

- Supervise payroll processing and financial transactions

Financial Control & Compliance

- Develop and maintain internal financial controls and procedures

- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial reporting standards

- Coordinate internal and external audits and prepare necessary documentation

- Monitor company expenses and budget adherence

- Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions

- Ensure financial reporting compliance with IFRS or applicable accounting standards

Budgeting & Reporting

- Prepare financial forecasts and annual budgets

- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable business insights

- Generate management reports and track KPIs

- Support strategic planning and operational decision-making

Required Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory

- 5-10+ years of experience in accounting and finance operations

- Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance

- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel

- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills

- Experience handling audits and compliance activities preferred
