Please find the JD below: Responsibilities : - Developing complete operating plan for the envisioned programs - Analyzing program risks and managing the goals of the program. - Develop and control deadlines and activities - Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement. - Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved. - Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding key issues and decisions. - Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle. Requirement : - 1 - 8 years of experience - Tier 1/Tier 2 college - Experience in program management, (Experience in YouTube is preferable)
