Description: The Senior Business Development Manager Digital Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing digital sales deals.

The role requires a strong understanding of digital products/services, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to convert leads into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Acquisition

- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for digital products and services.

- Conduct market research to build strong lead pipelines across target industries.

- Manage the full sales cyclefrom lead generation, pitching, and negotiation to closing deals.

Digital Sales Strategy & Execution

- Develop and execute digital sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

- Position the companys digital solutions effectively based on customer needs and industry trends.

- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and digital outreach initiatives.

Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

- Understand client pain points and recommend tailored digital solutions.

- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Sales Presentations & Demonstrations

- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos to prospects.

- Explain technical/digital features in simple and value-focused terms.

- Draft and present proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with product, marketing, customer success, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.

- Provide insights to the product team based on customer feedback and market trends.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

- Track KPIs including lead conversions, revenue targets, sales pipeline health, and client retention metrics.

- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and share actionable insights with leadership.

- Maintain up-to-date records on CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho CRM).

Experience

- 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B digital sales, business development, or SaaS/technology sales.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.

- Experience selling digital solutions such as SaaS platforms, digital media, marketing tech, or IT services is preferred.

Technical/Domain Skills

- Strong understanding of digital technologies, SaaS products, or online platforms.

- Comfortable using CRM tools and digital lead-generation platforms.

- Knowledge of market dynamics, competitor analysis, and digital sales funnels.

Soft Skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- High energy, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work under tight deadlines
