Key Responsibilities:
Demand Generation Strategy:
- Build, execute, and optimize a comprehensive demand generation strategy across digital channels to drive qualified leads for B2B digital media offerings.
- Develop multi-touch campaigns that align with the buyer journey and sales objectives.
- Create targeted marketing programs for specific industries, personas, and product categories.
Digital Campaign Management:
- Lead planning and execution of campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, remarketing, and email marketing.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and performance metrics.
- Optimize ads, landing pages, and funnels to reduce acquisition cost and increase conversions.
Lead Nurturing & Funnel Optimization:
- Create and refine lead nurturing workflows (email drip, retargeting, personalized content).
- Increase lead-to-MQL and MQL-to-SQL conversion rates through data-backed improvements.
- Ensure consistent qualification criteria and smooth lead handoff to the sales team.
Content Strategy & Collaboration:
- Partner with content, product, and design teams to develop engaging assetsblogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and webinars.
- Ensure content supports account-based marketing (ABM) and demand-gen initiatives.
- Build thought leadership around digital media, advertising technology, and marketing solutions.
Marketing Automation & CRM Management:
- Own and optimize marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
- Manage lead scoring, segmentation, and database health.
- Ensure CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) integration accuracy and reporting alignment.
Performance Tracking & Analytics:
- Define KPIs for lead generation, campaign ROI, CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline impact.
- Deliver actionable insights using analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Power BI, Looker).
- Present weekly/monthly performance dashboards to leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure alignment on target accounts, lead quality, and campaign outcomes.
- Collaborate with Sales on account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns for strategic deals.
- Provide market intelligencecompetitor insights, customer behavior, industry trends.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of performance marketers, campaign managers, and automation specialists.
- Set goals, review performance, and build capability through training and development.
- Establish best practices for experimentation, optimization, and demand-generation success.
Experience:
- 8 to 10 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
- A strong background in B2B digital media, ad-tech, SaaS, or enterprise solutions is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of building scalable demand-gen functions with measurable revenue impact.
Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
- Strong expertise in paid search (Google Ads), paid social (LinkedIn Ads), and programmatic platforms.
- Proficient in CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Advanced skills in analytics tools (GA4, Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, ABM, retargeting, and funnel-building strategies.
