About the Role:
We are hiring for Lead Client Strategy & Growth to lead the thinking, storytelling and solutions behind our biggest pitches and strategic engagements. This is a senior role for someone who loves solving brand/business problems, shaping media strategy, and building powerful narratives that help win new accounts and grow existing ones.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy for major pitches, RFPs, and prospect conversations.
- Build compelling pitch narratives and decks anchored in data & intelligence.
- Work with the Outreach and Delivery teams to win new accounts and grow existing ones.
- Lead strategy for key enterprise clients and drive QBRs, growth reviews & POVs.
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and unlock client growth.
- Proactively build ready-to-pitch decks for key categories, using research and insights from existing work to create intelligence-led narratives that open new opportunities beyond inbound briefs.
- Lead innovation through discovery and pilots of new solutions, backed by strong industry expertise, to keep YOptima ahead of market shifts.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in digital media agencies, brand consulting, or digital-first brands.
- Strong brand + media strategy fundamentals; comfort with YouTube, Meta, Programmatic, Search & OTT.
- Excellent storytelling and pitch-craft; strong presentation skills.
- Ability to turn data into insight and insight into narrative.
- High ownership, clarity of thought & consultative mindset.
