Role Overview


We're looking for a hands-on business leader to spearhead new customer acquisition for YOptima in the Digital Native Brands segment.


If you're someone who thrives on hunting new business, crafting strategic pitches, and closing high-impact deals, this role is for you. You'll represent YOptima as a strategic media partner to fast-scaling brands ready to invest in digital branding to fuel their next wave of growth.


This role is based in Bangalore and offers the opportunity to build deep client relationships that evolve from acquisition to retention and expansion.


Key Responsibilities


- Identify and target high-growth digital-native brands (D2C, SaaS, App-first) ready to scale their brand investments.


- Own the full sales cycle: from lead scouting and first meetings to pitching, closing, and onboarding.


- Position YOptima as a strategic branding media partner through consultative, insight-led selling.


- Collaborate with internal presales and strategy teams to tailor proposals that solve client-specific growth problems.


- Build strong relationships with decision-makersFounders, CMOs, Growth Headsto engage them at the right time with the right pitch.


- Drive long-term value by enabling repeat business, retention, and growth from acquired accounts.


Who You Are


- A proven deal-closer with 8-12 years of experience in business development or sales at a digital branding/performance marketing agency.


- You've sold complex media solutionsnot just inventorythrough strategic storytelling and concept selling.


- You've successfully acquired and grown accounts with digital-first brands that have already tasted initial success and now seek to scale via brand-led growth.


- Comfortable working the groundscouting, cold-calling, networkingand equally confident presenting strategic ideas in boardrooms.


- Fluent in the language of CMOs, Founders, and VCssomeone who can connect business problems to brand solutions.


- Based in Bangalore and ready to lead YOptima's next phase of growth in the digital-native ecosystem.
