Key Responsibilities

Client Account Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely communication and relationship management.

- Understand clients business objectives and translate them into tailored digital marketing strategies.

- Manage multiple accounts while delivering high-quality service and results.

- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and performance reviews with clients.

Campaign Planning & Execution

- Develop, implement, and monitor integrated digital marketing campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Display, Content Marketing, etc.

- Collaborate with creative, content, and technical teams to ensure campaigns align with brand voice and business goals.

- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize for maximum ROI.

- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and deliverables effectively.

Strategy & Innovation

- Provide strategic recommendations on new tools, technologies, and trends in digital marketing.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling digital services to clients.

- Create reports, dashboards, and insights to showcase campaign effectiveness and areas of improvement.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

- Coordinate with internal teams (SEO specialists, paid ads managers, designers, content creators, developers) to ensure successful campaign execution.

- Mentor and support junior account executives on client handling and campaign delivery.

- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- A Masters degree or Digital Marketing certification (Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint) is a plus.

Experience

- 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing account management or client servicing roles.

- Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts and delivering ROI-driven campaigns.

- Experience working in a digital agency environment is preferred.

Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO/SEM, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.

- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards (e.g., Data Studio, Power BI).

- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.

- Strong understanding of KPIs: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate Optimization.

Soft Skills

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively.

- Client-centric attitude with problem-solving abilities
