Role Overview - As an Account Manager, you will be the bridge between campaign operations and client strategy. You will lead client conversations, design and oversee media strategies, and drive actionable insights that deliver growth.
This role is perfect if you've grown your expertise in campaign management and are now ready to own client relationships and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own Client Relationships: Lead client conversations with confidence and drive account growth.
- Analyze & Optimize: Use data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and drive performance improvements.
- Campaign Mastery: Oversee setup, optimization, and reporting across platforms like DV360, Meta, Google Ads, and Amazon DSP.
- Strategic Planning: Build and adapt media strategies that align with client objectives.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with strategy, creative, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Must-Have Skills
- 5-7 years in campaign management, performance marketing, or programmatic media, preferably in an agency or ad-tech environment.
- Hands-on expertise with biddable platforms (DV360, Meta, Google Ads, Amazon DSP, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to tell stories from data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with demanding clients.
- Comfort with operational intensity and tight timelines.
Bonus Points If You:
- Have managed direct client relationships.
- Have worked on multi-channel programmatic campaigns.
- Understand analytics, attribution, and measurement models.
