Position: Senior Sales Manager

Experience: 5+ years in Interior Design & Interior Sales

Location: Bangalore- Whitefield

Industry: Interior Design & Sales

What Were Looking For:

- A result-driven professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience in interior sales.

- Strong understanding of the interior design industry and customer needs.

- Ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage end-to-end sales processes.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

Sales Strategy & Execution

- Developing and implementing sales plans for interior products/services.

- Achieving revenue targets and managing sales pipelines.

Client Relationship Management

- Building long-term relationships with architects, designers, builders, and corporate clients.

- Handling key accounts and ensuring client satisfaction.

Interior Design Knowledge

- Understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and spatial planning.

- Ability to communicate design concepts and product value effectively.

Project Management

- Coordinating with design, procurement, and installation teams.

- Managing timelines, budgets, and client expectations.

Negotiation & Closing Skills

- Strong ability to negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.

What Youll Do:

- Drive revenue through interior design project sales.

- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

- Collaborate with design and project teams to deliver client satisfaction.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
