Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. As an Interior Sales Team Lead at YoHo Designs, you will be responsible for managing and leading a sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your day-to-day tasks will include analyzing sales data, fostering strong customer relationships, and ensuring that team members meet their sales targets. Additionally, you will communicate effectively with clients and team members to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Possess Analytical Skills to evaluate sales data and identify trends
- Experience in Team Management and the ability to lead and motivate team members
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide excellent client experiences
- Proven Sales skills with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate with various teams
- Experience in the interior design industry is an advantage
