Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Lead in Home Interiors at our Bengaluru location. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, overseeing customer service, and ensuring targets are met. Additional responsibilities include providing analytical insights, conducting market research, and maintaining close communication with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Team Management and Leadership skills
- Work experience into interior sales
- Must have team handling experience should have handled 5 people as a team
- Should have strong experience in revenue generation
- He/She will be purely responsible for revenue generation
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
