Role Description:

- This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sales Manager in the Interior Industry.

- The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities and achieving sales targets.

- Daily tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and leading the sales team to success.

- The Sales Manager will also participate in networking events and represent YoHo Designs in meetings with potential clients.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in Sales Management and Business Development.

- Strong understanding of the interior design industry and market trends.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.

- Leadership skills and experience in managing a sales team.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- Experience in the interior design or related industry is a plus.
