What You'll Do

1) Drive the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process.

2) Prepare and analyze monthly MIS reports and business performance dashboards.

3) Track key business metrics and provide actionable insights through variance analysis.

4) Partner with cross-functional teams to monitor profitability, costs, and overall business performance.

5) Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews.

6) Build financial models to support business cases and strategic decision-making. 7) Monitor revenue, margins, operating expenses, and working capital.

8) Ensure timely and accurate management reporting for leadership.

9) Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and drive operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

1) 1-2 years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, or Management Reporting. 2) A qualified CMA is mandatory.

3) Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business finance.

4) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.

5) Experience with ERP systems and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

6) Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

7) Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and influence business decisions.

8) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
