Description: We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst who can effectively understand business needs, drive requirement discussions, and ensure successful delivery of solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring that business objectives are clearly translated into actionable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, challenges, and requirements.

- Gather, analyze, and document requirements in a clear and structured manner.

- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.

- Facilitate discussions, workshops, and meetings with cross-functional teams.

- Act as a point of contact between business users and delivery teams, ensuring smooth communication.

- Support the design of solutions that align with business objectives.

- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business expectations.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.

- Ensure timely delivery of requirements with high quality and accuracy.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 4-8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.

- Strong experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder interaction.

- Good understanding of business processes and workflows.

- Experience working in Agile or collaborative project environments.

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
