About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Global Trade Compliance (GTC) expertise to support compliance initiatives, process optimization, data analysis, and system enhancements.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in GTC functions such as classification, licensing, due diligence, and transaction compliance, along with familiarity with platforms like SAP GTS, Oracle GTM, or similar tools.

Key Responsibilities:

GTC Functional Responsibilities:

- Analyze and interpret global trade regulations and ensure compliance across relevant business operations.

- Support classification activities (HTS, ECCN) and maintain accuracy of product master data.

- Assist with due diligence, restricted-party screening, and transaction compliance reviews.

- Manage and track import/export licenses, permits, and regulatory documentation.

- Identify compliance risks and propose mitigation measures.

Business Analysis Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

- Translate regulatory requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.

- Support process mapping, workflow analysis, and documentation of GTC-related processes.

- Coordinate with internal teams to implement compliance workflows and system enhancements.

- Conduct data analysis to support audits, reporting, and investigations.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including supply chain, legal, compliance, and IT.

- Collaborate with system teams implementing or enhancing GTS/GTM systems.

- Provide training, guidance, and process documentation to internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Compliance, or related field.

- 4 to 8 years of experience in Business Analysis with strong exposure to Global Trade Compliance.

- Hands-on experience with GTC functions:

- Classification (HTS/ECCN).

- Due diligence.

- Licensing.

- Transaction compliance.

- Experience with systems such as SAP GTS, Oracle GTM, or similar trade compliance platforms.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and coordinate with global stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or high-tech industry.

- Experience supporting audits and compliance reporting.
