
Job Title: Sales Manager - BFSI Domain | Delhi NCR
Location: Delhi NCR (Travel across North India required)
Experience: 7+ years in IT/Software Services Sales (BFSI focus)

What Youll Do:
- Lead Generation & Market Research: Identify key decision-makers in BFSI, generate independent leads, and build a strong pipeline.
- Client Engagement & Sales Execution: Own the entire sales cycle - from prospecting and pitch to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to execute winning strategies.
- Strategic Partnerships: Explore and grow alliances to expand our market presence.
- Travel: Regular travel across North India to meet clients and attend events.
What Were Looking For:
- 7+ years in IT/ITeS sales with a focus on financial institutions
- Proven success in selling software services to BFS clients (Indian banks preferred)
- Strong experience in lead generation, negotiation, and deal closures
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Deep understanding of BFSI trends, challenges, and pain points
- Self-starter mindset, target-driven, and comfortable in a high-growth environment
